We try to see all clients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us.
If you cannot keep an appointment please notify us immediately. We ask that you please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another client who desires to see one of our attorneys.
All clients are encouraged to call with any questions they have concerning legal problems. However, if the attorney is busy, our office staff is well qualified to answer most questions. If the call requires an attorney to speak with you, they will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
It is our general practice to bill and receive payment for services rendered on a monthly basis. For our record keeping purposes only, we maintain time records for each employee which reflect time devoted to a particular client's file.
While each client's representation presents unique problems which impact the total costs of legal services, the attorney handling your case will be happy to discuss with you, and estimate, the total costs for legal services. These discussions are only estimates and will be affected by new matters which may arise during the course of representation.
