Our services include representing developers, planning condominiums, negotiations, title examinations, financing, leases, mortgages, representation in foreclosures, zoning, variances, title matters, quiet title actions, sales, closings, and property tax appeals.

Estate Planning We work with clients to effectively, efficiently, and professionally prepare estate planning documents and plans. This is to ensure the organized transfer of property after death as well as management during lifetime. We counsel our clients in all issues relating to retirement planning, trusts, charitable giving, health care, gifting, selection of fiduciaries, transfers of family businesses, education funding and elder law.
